Description
General
Review every submitted change request and ensure it has been filled in correctly
- Work closely with the Requester to ensure all required information and supporting documentation has been provided
- Act as a point of contact for all change request issues and queries
- Ensure all actions and activities are logged and auditable in the change request form
- Produce and send out the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting requests, agenda and minutes
- Produce Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meeting Agenda and Minutes before and after each Cab meeting
- Attend all Change Advisory Board meetings and update documentation where relevant
- Update and ensure all change requests have the correct status
- Monitor change request queues to ensure all requests are processed correctly
- Follow up Requesters and Implementers to ensure all Change Requests are implemented and closed accordingly
Essential
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework, Change Management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to communicate clearly across all levels
- Ability to express ideas to managers and customers with eloquence and assertiveness
- Excellent listening & questioning skills
- General all-round knowledge of IT
- Highly organised
- Ability to take a logical approach to fault finding and problem resolution
