Description

IT Service Desk Analyst required for a 3 month contract based in Hampshire - working from home at present.

Working for a high-profile retails organisation, as Service Desk Analyst, you will provide professional and customer driven front line IT support to internal customers and store colleagues, becoming the single point of contact for technical triage, diagnosis, and fault resolution.

The Desk deals with circa 6000 incidents per month. The Technology Customer Service Desk provides level 1 and level 2 resolutions which includes receipt and creation of call logs through to remote fixes for all users. The Technology Customer Service Desk is open 7 days per week, 364 days per year. Shifts will include 5 working days per week between Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 17:30

Key responsibilities:

  • Create incoming incidents and service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
  • Ensure that key Targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Create a trusting and highly positive rapport with all our customers leaving them a smile after every interaction.
  • Diagnose, document, and resolve a wide range of incidents reported by stores, corporate users and lab staff.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and projects through to completion with a high degree of ownership, quality and consistency.
  • Ensure customers are informed of progress on outstanding issues and requests.

For this position you need to have previous experience of working within a remote IT Support position (1st or 2nd line).

These positions are to start ASAP and will pay betweeen £10 - £13.50 + HP PAYE or £12 - £16 umbrella per hour depending on your level of experience.
