Are you a Software Engineer with experience of working on AWS or Azure Cloud platforms?
We are supporting a client based in the West Country (Gloucestershire) who are growing their team for a major long-term Cloud technology project. You will be working with a wide range of cutting-edge cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services AWS, Microsoft Azure, Elastic/Kibana, Virtualisation tech, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
You'll be working with a talented cross-functional team in an Agile environment, so a strong team focus and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders are key. To be successful in this role, you should have strong experience of software development in cloud projects, either AWS or Azure. An understanding of the infrastructure side and good security practices is also beneficial.
Due to the secure nature of this project, candidates who currently hold DV or SC Clearance would be preferred. The role will be predominantly remote but there may be some travel necessary to the client site in the West Country.
This is initially a 12 month contract with a high chance of extension. The rate on offer is £400 - £500 per day all in.
