Technical Support Analyst - Colchester
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst, to join our customer based in Colchester on a short term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for remote and onsite users including; application and hardware fault finding
- Must have previous experience using/supporting Backup Exec
- Assist with the Installation of new hardware including; Laptops, Desktops, printers and mobile devices
- Responsible for Software installs and upgrades
- Assist in the delivery of IT projects to provide support post implementation
- Housekeeping tasks on a daily basis to prevent system, network and Workstation problems
- Provide out of normal hours support if required ie critical service failure
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and tasks as required
