Description

Technical Support Analyst - Colchester

An urgent requirement has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst, to join our customer based in Colchester on a short term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for remote and onsite users including; application and hardware fault finding
  • Must have previous experience using/supporting Backup Exec
  • Assist with the Installation of new hardware including; Laptops, Desktops, printers and mobile devices
  • Responsible for Software installs and upgrades
  • Assist in the delivery of IT projects to provide support post implementation
  • Housekeeping tasks on a daily basis to prevent system, network and Workstation problems
  • Provide out of normal hours support if required ie critical service failure
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems and tasks as required
