External Communications Consultant- Remote/Reading- 6 months- £290- £297
Responsibilities:
Outreach Program strategic planning
Set targets for outreach growth annually and quarterly
Weekly connection with VP on progress, upcoming outreach activities and future opportunities
Monthly report and calendar update for Senior Leaders
Create thought leadership articles on a broad range of transformation- related topics for VP to post on social media
Create social media weekly calendar and issue spreadsheet embedding developed content 1-2 weeks ahead of posting
Monitor outreach activity on social media
Outreach platform development
Keep executive biography up to date
Develop an external platform calendar event for VP
Help sponsor to maintain external digital transformation narrative updated leveraging existing content
Skills/Experience:
Social channels management experience
Experienced communications professional
Good experience of working with senior leaders and outreach programs
Can absorb a lot of information quickly
Good understanding of multiple communications channels (videos, imagery assets)
Can produce multiple assets in short timeframes
Experience working with senior stakeholders globally
Corporate experience
Proven experience and results in supporting multi- cultural communities for collective performance
Tech- savvy to handle virtual collaboration platforms
