SAP Cutover manager
Remote/Home Working United Kingdom (Inside IR35)
We are currently seeking an SAP Cutover manager with experience of working in large multi-stream projects with complex landscape, functionality and business change issues.
Candidates must have lead a major ERP Cutover in an FMCG or food business
Candidates should have the following skills and competencies
- Substantial working experience with large SAP project implementations in an FMCG or food business
- Proven experience in managing SAP go-live preparation and cutover activities including trial cutovers, dress rehearsals, Legacy systems, data migration and business change
- Ability to work with project and business teams for the development and approval of the Cutover detailed plans and related documentation (Cutover Approach, Go/No Go criteria and RAID logs)
- Ability to work in a live SAP environment alongside a BAU support team
- Coordinate the inputs from Business Representatives and project resources on Cutover activities
- Plan and coordinate activities required to enable participants to successfully participate in all cutover related activities and monitor alignment with business activities
- Manage the execution and coordination of the cutover plan with the different project and business teams
- Work with the data migration lead to coordinate and assist data migration and reconciliation activities
- Work with the Business Implementation Manager to coordinate the business change and readiness activities
- Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies resulting from cutover planning and execution
- Maintain and provide regular reporting on cutover metrics to Programme management
- Document lessons learned and develop follow-up plans and obtain sign-off on cutover completion
