Description
A world-leading global Investment Bank is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the project stream including mobilization, defining and planning the project, execution and implementation, embedding change and benefits realization. This key role is for a mixed PM/BA. Also, you will be responsible for leading the workstream to move to a Global Trading Desk (GTD). The focus will be to complete the work with legal and regulatory teams assessing order routing globally (versus local today). Once the regulatory and legal items are addressed, this role holder will be responsible for the delivery of the GTD implementation. The role holder will be required to have experience with legal, regulatory, and dealing in an asset management/Front Office environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks, Agile methodologies and best practice techniques. Experienced change professional.
- Knowledge of Asset Management and Trading is preferred. Understanding of the regulatory landscape
- Overall experience of over 10 years in business analysis and large scale projects manageme NT
- Front Office domain expertise with Back Office knowledge
- Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective.
- Experience in organisation of dealing desks into hubs, taking account of order management requirements, existing dealer's expertise and regulation (including Brexit and licencing requirements)
- Experience in dealing workflows, order routing, trading platforms Experience in Bloomberg AIM a plus
- Experience in trading related Middle Office topics (trade feed for matching and settlement)
- Regulatory topics (licences and permissions)
