Primary Skill:Experience with building architecture/solution roadmaps
Experience designing, integrating and managing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions
Good understanding of network & security technologies and concepts
Good understanding Managed Windows Desktop solution/Digital Workplace and concepts
Good understanding of Cloud Solution Architecture
Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide recommendations for complex technical issues within the Output management area, e.g. VPSX, Affiliate printing, MFP Secure, Follow me print solutions, Scan solutions, SafeCom, Cirrato, Cloud printing, Application printing.
Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Architecture Modeling and Documentation
Understanding of Digital Workplace solution ecosystem in an Enterprise environment. This includes Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, Security etc.
Good understanding of Workplace printing concepts (both Cloud based and other solutions) for Windows, Citrix and MAC clients.
Good understanding of printer fleet systems for toner alerts, monitoring, fleet management like configuration and firmware updates.
Good understanding of Application printing concepts (Mainframe print, Windows Application print, SAP print, iSeries print etc.) or have the right spirit, potential and eagerness to learn as Output Management is a wide area.
Ability to meet the agreed targets, deadlines and goals without direct, day-to-day supervision
Secondary Skill:
A strong personality and communicator, good at solving problems and thinking creatively.
Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices

To operate, Output management Architect needs to understand and interpret requirements, gather information, influence people, facilitate consensus building, synthesize and translate ideas and requirements into actionable roadmaps.
The Output management Architect should focus on the decisions behind why certain models and artefacts are produced and why a solution is selected for a specific need, more than the actual models and artefacts produced. To prepare these decisions, the Architect needs to balance IT strategies, policies, time-to-market, operating cost, market/technology trends, opportunities for further development, competitor solution of choice and more. The Output management Architect should also contribute to a learning organisation by coaching, giving trainings and learning from experience.
Responsibilities and Powers
• Manage the technical quality aspects of an IT solution within the Output Management Area, e.g. VPSX, Affiliate printing, MFP Secure, Follow me print solutions, Scan solutions, SafeCom, Cirrato, Cloud printing, Application printing.
• Deliver an architecture in accordance to the EA framework that:
- follow target architecture
- meet architectural principles
- comply with strategies and policies
- support process & solution roadmaps
