Description
We are seeking an experienced SAFe certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) who as a servant leader and coach for the ART facilitates the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
Ideal skill set required includes Salesforce config experience and familiarity with the OSS solution. Minimum 3 years of experience in playing RTE role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in its transition to the DevOps ways of working
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
- Co-ordination with the scrums teams
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness
- Facilitate the PI planning event
- Facilitate periodic synchronization events
- Facilitate system demo and inspect & adopt workshop
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Help manage risks, dependencies and resolve impediments
- Use of Jira and other approved tools for user story documentation, defect tracking and monitoring & control of the Agile Delivery process
- Drive improvement
