Interim Lead Infrastructure Engineer required for 6-9mth project based fully remotely for a leading UK based client.
Keyskills: Azure Admin, Advanced Active Directory and WAN/MPLS
Day rate: £400 per day
Duration: 6-9mth project
IR35 status: Falls inside IR35
Location: Fully Remote - company Laptop provided
Lead Infrastructure Engineer will work with the infrastructure team maintain and build new infrastructure to support my client across its offices throughout the UK.
Main Responsibilities
* Azure Administration
* Identity and Access Management
* Unified communications technologies
* Microsoft Exchange Hybrid
* Platform as a service experience Advanced Active Directory skill, including the use of group policies and personalisation technologies
* A well developed, practical understanding of network technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, layer 3 routing protocols, sub-netting, QoS, & VLANs
* General knowledge of WAN/MPLS optimisation technologies
* Server automation technologies and Scripting (PowerShell)
* Experience of supporting and troubleshooting on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD
* Experience of deployment and testing methods for Servers and services
* Experience of general Disaster Recovery methods and strategies
* To assist in the development, documentation and maintenance of hardware and software reference models.
* Good understanding of IT service management principles including incident and problem management
* Backup and Recovery technologies
* ITIL awareness
* Work out of hours (On call rota)
