Data Engineer/AWS Engineer (AWS, SQL, ETL)
Our client, a successful tech organisation, is looking for a Data Engineer/AWS Engineer with strong AWS, SQL and ELT skills on an initial 3-month contract. This contract can be undertaken remotely for the initial period.
For this role my client is looking for someone with a background as a lead developer with experience in designing applications, managing requirements and ideally leading the breakdown of work with small teams of engineers.
Essential skills needed for this role include:
*Good experience of creating complex Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes including data transformation, data structuring, dependency, and workload management
*Advanced working knowledge of modelling and structuring relational databases
*AWS
*SQL
The desired technical skills required for the role are as follows:
*Python

*Terraform
*Glue
*Athena
*S3
*API gateway
