Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a solid understanding of public market Asset Classes and their associated workflows, with ideally specific understanding of Cash & FX Instruments? If so, then we want to hear from you.
Our client, a global asset management firm based in Edinburgh, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will be set up to work remotely.
General responsibilities & requirements:
- Solid understanding of public market Asset Classes and their associated workflows with ideally specific understanding of Cash & FX Instruments
- A strong Business Analyst with proven experience of investment systems and reporting within an asset management context
- Understanding of Investment Cash processing and treatment of trade date cash and cash forecasting.
- Understanding of FX management in the context of an Asset Management model.
- Experience of complex and large change projects and analysis of end-to-end data and operating model
- Expertise in eliciting, analysing, prioritising, and validating requirements and building partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Experience of leading and facilitating project meetings & workshops effectively and producing documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Operating Models, Business Process Flows and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Proven success in delivery and implementation, including assisting business users with UAT testing and obtaining sign-off from key stakeholders.
