Key skills
- Proven track record of leading multi-discipline delivery teams on complex projects
- Understand business requirements and translate into quality technology solutions
- Experience in leading Agile delivery teams
- Taking ownership of technology deliveries from high level requirement through development, testing and deployment
Tech skills
- Substantial investment banking technology delivery experience
- Experience and understand of Front Office pricing, execution and market data (pre-trade)
- Ability to lead cross-departmental teams to delivery - with or without direct reporting line
- Agile and traditional project management methodology experience. Certifications such as Scrum Master, product owner or PMP a plus
