Digital Design Researcher - London/Working from Home/Remote

My client, a market leader in their field requires a digital design researcher to aid in the development of a new digital platform.

Your Cv must evidence recent experience with the following:

  • Working with other user researchers and designers to plan, design, prepare and run user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of a digital product (including moderated design research sessions, early stage concept and prototype, usability and accessibility testing)
  • Help organise formal and informal user research, managing the usability testing process from recruiting participants, preparing discussion guides, to test moderation, analysis and presenting results
  • Working with colleagues to analyse research data and synthesise findings so that research is shareable and traceable.
  • Effectively communicating user research findings to the team so that they share a deep understanding of users and their needs (including presentations at sprint demos and senior stakeholder meetings).
  • Working with the customer service and product teams to ensure research findings inform feature iterations and roadmap priorities.
  • Contribute expertise and collaborate with other members of the team to get to the heart of what our users need, creating sketches, concepts, user journeys, wireframes and navigational prototype and designing and maintaining research outputs.
  • Experience with basic Quantitative research is also beneficial. You should be proficient at designing basic feedback surveys.

This is initially a 3 month contract with scope to extend beyond this.
