Product Owner (Integration, API, Cloud, Azure, Agile) - Stockholm - Swedish speaking
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Swedish speaking Product Owner (Integration, API, Cloud, Azure, Agile).
Role will be remote initially and then you will have to be based onsite in Stockholm.

Work tasks
- Create the product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's effort is aligned with overall strategy
- Manages dependencies with other product teams
- Responsible for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Lead the Product Team
- Own, maintain the backlog and prioritize the day to day work of the product team based on the given targets and KPIs
- Understands financial impact of Team and Product related decisions
- Define, implements and track performance metrics once solutions enters production
Technical Competences
Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:
- Integration Competence (platforms, patterns, principles)
- API and Event-driven architecture (Development, API mgmt. platforms and Event platforms)
- Deep understanding of public cloud technologies (Azure primary, others such as GCP and AWS also relevant)
- Experience with product management and translating needs and pains into re-usable and automated solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies (eg SCRUM, Kanban, value stream mapping etc.)
Personal Competences
- Ability to build end-to-end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs and understand product development from ideation to release
- Ability to lead a cross-functional development team to achieve the common mission, prioritizing work and inspiring the team to improve
- Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitate research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements
- Ability to own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across product teams
- Ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team
- Ability to clearly express the connections between larger business goals and small backlog items for team members
- Ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission
- Skilled in working in a highly complex and fast-moving environment
Language skills
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Excellent Swedish - written and spoken
