Job Description
As senior project manager you will be part of our Global Platform Engineering Delivery team that is dedicated to managing IT implementation projects on a global scale.
Your Mission
- End-2-end responsibility of the client infrastructure implementation projects for banking customers
- Create contingency, risk and issue management plan and work breakdown structure
- Monitoring and controlling of project indicators to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with defined budget and quality standards
- Regular reporting of status to steering committee and stakeholders
- Strong alignment with client's project manager in coordination of activities to ensure management of expectations and readiness
- Support to the senior management in setting up new projects and business initiatives
Qualifications
- University degree in banking or/and IT related subjects
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in project mgmt.
- Well known PM methodology and processes (PMI standards)
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- English fluent (German is a plus)
- Very good presentation and communication skills in English across different hierarchies
- Ability to work successfully in a team and in a complex Matrix organization
- Good MS Office skills
- Stress resistant and quick in reaction times
