Client Services Manager - Investment/Funds

My Wexford based client is looking for an accomplished Client Services Manager to join their Investments Team. The Client Services Manager will ensure the investment funds comply with regulatory and fund-specific documentation and coordinate between internal teams as well as deliver client services. You will work with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and provide support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. The Client Services Manager should have advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information. Uses developed communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.

Uses in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts. Uses broad understanding of products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for Front Office consideration. Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

*Extensive experience of delivering client services/client servicing
*Previous experience in supporting Investments/Funds
*Fund administration/Securities/trade processing
*Previous work experience within the funds industry.
*Ability to carry out tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines
*Communicating and coordinating with internal teams
*Numerate with good analytical skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Excellent organisational, interpersonal & communication skills
*Knowledge in the Irish & UK markets would be an advantage
