Skills and Experience:

  • Lead contact and support for UK mobile service.
  • UK Mobile Billing queries
  • Administer and support the US mobile service with various vendors.
  • Technical fund administration.
  • Troubleshooting user mobile device issues and support.
  • 2nd line support tickets for mobile management.
  • Research Endpoint management with the approach of installing network protection to client wireless devices.
  • Possible centralised remote management of devices.
  • Review mobile vendors for company cost reductions.
  • Researching and developing mobile warranty and buy back schemes.

The Opportunity:

My client working are a managed service provider who are currently looking to add a Mobile and Telephony Administrator to the team for an initial 3 month contract. You main responsibilities will to support the team and provide day to day support associated with its Mobile and Telephony environment. You must have an excellent telephone etiquette and be competent fixing mobile devices.
