Social Media Executive - Influencer/Advocacy space - Customer reviews

Our retail client is currently recruiting for a Reviews and Social Media Executive join their Social Media Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, customer advocacy and customer generated content to play an integral role at a leading UK Retailer during a very exciting time.

If successful you'll help manage the reviews programme which empowers customers to share their opinions and experiences. As a brand ambassador you'll help optimise the use of consumer generated content with the aim of providing greater insight from and interactivity with customers.

You'll also be supporting the advocacy team to harness the power of the clients employees via social media. The programme is an employee advocacy programme where people are empowered to inspire and build relationships with customers by creating and sharing content on their own client Instagram accounts.

You will help with planning, optimisation and execution of the social advocacy strategy, focused scaling the programme so it grows and delivers measurable commercial results for the client. You will feel confident analysing data and customer sentiment to report back to the business on content and campaign success.

Experience Required

  • Experience working on customer facing projects and initiatives.
  • Experience/good understanding of social media and campaign
  • management.
  • Experience evaluating data and customer insights.
  • Experience working with agencies and a good understanding of the power
  • and impact of reviews & social.
  • Determination and ability to prioritise and work to tight - changing
  • deadlines in an agile environment.
  • Digital marketing enthusiast
  • Good communication skills
  • Processes driven
  • Working in an agile and/or retail environment would be advantageous, but
  • isn't essential.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
