• Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques and with a confident approach and excellent communication skills.
• Designing and Configuration of Quality Management processes – Goods Assurance, Batch Management, Quality Execution, Quality Workflows and in-depth master data management, Sterile and Non-Sterile manufacturing process.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in
o Quality Planning like Catalogues, Usage of Task lists and mapping the requirements.
o Quality Inspection – Different Inspection types, Status Management, Sample Management, Skip Testing, Results Recording, Test and Sample valuation methods
o Quality Certificates – Inbound and Outbound product Quality certification and conformance.
o Quality Notifications – In depth knowledge on Notifications and its components functionality and configuration and Workflow management, Document management.
o Stability Management
o Strong knowledge and hands on experience in building and analysing LIMS system interfaces using QM IDI and Web services.
• Knowledge on PP, PM and WM module integration with QM.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Batch Management in Pharma Industry, HU Management
• Knowledge on configuring Environmental Monitoring processes using SAP QM and PM.
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
