Ø Strong knowledge of Production Planning processes and techniques with a confident approach and excellent communication skills.
Ø Designing and Configuration of Manufacturing processes – Master Data Management, Capacity Requirements Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Process Order Manufacturing, Kanban Process, Batch Management, Handling Unit Management.
Ø Strong knowledge and hands on experience in
o Master data setup for Parma manufacturing like Bill of Materials, Resource, Master Recipe etc.
o Materials Requirement Planning
o Process Order Manufacturing Process
o Replenishment Strategies
o Batch Management process in Pharma Industry
o Handling Unit Management Process
o Building and analysing the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) interface with ERP system
Ø Excellent skill on the integration process with APO system
Ø Knowledge on QM, PM and WM module integration with PP.
Ø Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ø Desire to work in an information systems environment
Ø Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
