Description
Responsibilities:
- To identify data sources and structure them in to insights
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Report on KPIs - provide weekly updates on key metrics such as CSAT
- Advising on areas to improve within the business
- Watch Real Time behaviour and problem solve using data findings
- Deep-dive analysis
- Resource planning
Person specification:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Data processing and query optimisation
- Ability to articulate data and findings
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Happy to use programming languages where appropriate - eg Python
- Datamodelling and dashboard experience
- Good knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
- Proven experience building and managing data reporting and MI
