Salesforce SalesCloud - my client is looking for a Salesforce Salescloud consultant on a 6 month rolling contract based in Amsterdam the ideal candidate should have experience in
Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Business Analyst.
Accountable that technical solution design meets platform architecture guidelines. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design.
Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance.
Approves the content of the release prior to UAT and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.
Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.
Provide guidance to development team in performing configuration management, build automation and continuous integration.
Coaches technical leads and developers.
Provides escalation support to the partners for complex issues.
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
Contributes to overall scrum team goals and objectives.
Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution.
Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.
Ensure seamless business operations support (third line) when needed.
Masters at least one application area or platform (ICM platforms like SFDC Sales Cloud and Financial Force Professional Services Automation) and the integration aspects with other platforms, including solid understanding of architecture.
4 years of minimum technical implementation (not support operations) experience in CRM platforms like SFDC Sales Cloud and Financial Force PSA is required.
Experienced with preparing technical designs and validating the output delivered by development teams against those designs, including code review
Experienced with coaching technical leads and developers, including estimating software development in Agile.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
