You must have:
- Experience in delivering small to mid-size technical projects
- Experience in consulting, technical support or software development for Atlassian products (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Administrative knowledge of Atlassian products
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in order to find challenging solutions to implement business requirements
The Role:
- Support the Director during Atlassian suite migration and rollout (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence).
- Work alongside Project Manager, BSA's, Actuarial Systems/Finance/Operations teams.
- Responsible for the migration of projects that exist on-prem Jira solution to the new environment.
- Understand the requirements and pain-points of business, and administering, designing, and implementing technical solutions within the Atlassian tool.
- Migration of existing Jira, BitBucket, Confluence customisations and projects, to cloud based solutions.
- Customer workshop involvement to determine complex requirements and implementation of advanced project setups.
- Implement security model for the Atlassian suite.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with operational and performance metrics/status reports.
- Plan, test, implement upgrades.
- Install, manage, administer add-ons, security schemes, extensions, configurations.
- Identify process automation areas and design and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
