Description
Native/fluent German Speaking Campaign Manager to focus on a number for DACH Marketing Campaigns. Our client is a leading financial services who is expanding their campaigns into Germany. We are looking for somebody who understands the German Consumer and can translate end to end the marketing plans and campaigns.
- Specialist product or CRM marketer, ideally with experience across B2C marketing (highly relevant backgrounds include financial services, telco, payments, tech, eCommerce)
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end marketing programs across the customer life cycle to deliver to business targets, with a particular focus on cross-selling to an existing customer base
- Experience working closely with an external partner to co-create marketing and customer experiences
- Understanding of consumer attitudes to money and payments
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, creative and impactful marketing campaigns
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional project team with strong negotiation skills and the agility to work with people from a range of disciplines
- Hands on marketer who is outstanding at execution
- Analytical and comfortable with drawing insights from data and reporting
- Excellent at managing agencies and cultivating effective working relationships
- Expertise and willingness to work in Matrix organization, dealing with ambiguity and high agility.
