Infrastructure Architect - Virtualisation
+ 6 month initial contract
+ Requires CTC
+ £500 to £600 Dependent on experience
+ Inside Ir35 roles
+ London based
This Technical Architect needs to have broad hosting infrastructure technical skills including:
+ VMWare ESX Virtualisation platforms and associated technologies like Site Recovery Manager and the vRealize Suite (someone that can architect these platforms, rather than someone that stands up new services on them)
+ Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
+ Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x/8.x
+ DellEMC Storage - XtremeIO, VNX, Unity, PowerMax
+ Microsoft InTune
As well as the above any experience designing or implementing Solaris/SPARC systems or automation tools like Terraform would be extremely useful.
Oracle or SQL Database infrastructure skills. They must be able to engage directly with clients at various levels as well, therefore need to be articulate and have good presentation skills.
