Description
BI Developer (3-month contract) - West Yorkshire - £400-£475 per day (inside IR-35)
We're working in partnership with a large organisation who are based to the North West of Leeds, to find a BI Developer. Their offices are largely closed for the time being due to Covid-19, but in time they will re-open and so you'll need to be open to commuting in as required.
To be successful in securing this contract you need to have the following skills and experience:
- SQL Stack (mainly SSRS and SSIS) exposure is essential
- Data Migration
- Data Warehousing
- ETL Development
- Power BI
It would be an advantage if you have some experience with data processing flowcharting techniques and/or tools.
You'll be joining a team-orientated environment at a busy time for this complex, global business. You will be responsible for task such as: migrating reports into SSRS environment, ensuring that all integration service packages are under source control, migrating all SSIS packages between SQL versions and ensuring that all SSIS packages contain common techniques for execution logging and error capture.
