Role summary
We are currently shortlisting for a Junior Project Manager with specific experience in and around Customer Relationship Management or Contact Management Systems. You will have previous expertise of working in an environment where there has been a move from one system to another and have previous dealings and experience of new systems being implemented along with information and data being transferred.
Essentials skills
- Significant experience in the use of contact management systems or customer relationship management systems within a sensitive and confidential environment, aligned to database design, development, and implementation
- Significant experience in database administration, including but not limited to data inputting
- A strong understanding of computer operating systems and database technology
- Project management and associated problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in a high performing, fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure, plan, prioritise, manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines, and have meticulous attention to detail
