Interim Head of Infrastructure and OPs (Inside IR35)
This Head of Infrastructure and Ops role is a critical position that will deliver reliable and secure IT infrastructure, services, tools and knowledge to the business.
Overview of the Head of IT role:
You will part of the senior management team to bring stability and transformation within the Infrastructure and Ops space including the day to day running of Infrastructure and Ops, Service desk, change management, Service management and field service teams.
Key skills required for this role:
- Demonstrable experience of strategic operational and technical leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to be a trusted advisor to the Executive and Senior Management Teams.
- A Service Management qualification such as ITIL
- Experience of leading in a busy, complex IT function to drive both operational and project activity.
- Experience of working in a multi-site operation across the UK
