We are working with a German global IT services and consulting company and looking for a Solutions Architect in Spain. Barcelona
Job title: Solution Architect
Location:Spain, Barcelona
Duration: 12 Month
Remote working: Yes
Travelling: Yes 50% Person need to be based in Barcelona or nearby to attend meetings
Languages:
- Spanish fluent
- English intermediary
- Catalán (we can try to find with Catalán but if the person speaks Spanish you let me know and I see if we can validate, based in experience)
Technical Skills:
- More than 5 years of experience in designing LAN / WAN / Security solutions
Technical requirements - Extensive knowledge of network technologies, including:
- Complex routing / switching technologies (Datacenter): Spine & Leaf, VxLAN, EVPN, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, MPLS, VPLS, FCoE, QoS.
- Infrastructure technologies: Switching / routing on Campus.
- Network Security Technologies: Firewalls, proxies, balancers, DNS, bandwidth managers.
- Manufacturer solutions knowledge: Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Checkpoint, Paloalto, Fortinet, F5, Radware, Infoblox.
- Knowledge of monitoring and operations processes and tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies.
Certification:
- Higher Cycle, intermediate or equivalent training.
- Cisco (CCNP), Juniper (JNCIS), Huawei and / or equivalent manufacturer certifications
Nice to have:
- Certificación CCIE R&S.
- Experiencia en entornos de SDN (DNA - SD Access) , SDDC (Cisco ACI), NFV.
- Certificaciones en entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Certificaciones en seguridad. (Cisco CCNP Security, Checkpoint CCSE y/o equivalentes)
- Metodologías ágiles, Design Thinking.
