Description
DBA - SQL/PLSQL/Oracle - Cheshire - Contract
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for it. You will hold responsibility for the day to day management and performance for the IT systems, liaising with offshore development teams to implements new developments into production.
You will support the business by writing and scheduling management information, suggesting improvements to the service and future proofing!
Experience and Qualifications:
Ability to write queries using SQL, PL/SQL or Oracle
Any background or understanding of payment systems would be really useful
Solid all round IT Systems knowledge - happy to get stuck inKnowledge and demonstratable experience of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Business 365
Understanding of secure development processes and common security flaws such as SQL injection, Cross Site Scripting, Authorisation etc
Any Web development and knowledge of programming languages and methodologies would be a great benefit
