We have a exciting opportunity for an Agile Digital Business Analyst to join an established, forward thinking and rapidly expanding organisation based in Birmingham.
We are looking for an experienced Agile Business analyst to join an innovative digital transformation programme, creating leading edge digital projects to enhance the user journey for customers. You will be working in cross-functional feature teams, designing and developing digital experiences that solve business and customer problems.
The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of working within Financial services, Insurance or Banking projects or you will have worked in highly regulated environment.
Responsibility
- Provide technical expertise to Product Owners and feature teams to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participating and leading agile ceremonies such as - planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
- Play a leading role in the adoption of agile ways of working within the BA Practice and facilitate collaborative working to establish the foundation for feature team delivery.
- Digital project analysis
- Digital Portals experience
- DevOps Azure
- Create and refine storyboards and user stories
- Scrum master skills/Agile coach
