Business analysis and requirements gathering skills, including the ability to interpret and align multiple stakeholders' requirements
Data Analysis experience and skills around Data Discovery, Data Profiling, building and maintaining Data Glossaries, Data Dictionaries, contributing to Data Governance Forums, liaising and driving solutions with the Data Governance Team, Data Stewards and Data Custodians
Some technical BI/MI skills, specifically with data warehouse reporting tools such as MS Reporting Services, Power BI, and/or Tableau
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
NOSQL database experience would be an advantage
Report writing - able to produce detailed reports for all levels
