Description
We are looking for an established Programme Manager with experience of delivering large scale D&I/Equality initiatives across large corporate companies (ideally tech, CRM/SaaS).
The Diversity and Inclusion strategy and roadmap has already been set, so this is a delivery and execution role.
You will be working closely with the senior stakeholders (Sales, COO and UK&Ireland equality board) to deliver a number of D&I programmes to be rolled out across the UK to employees and customers.
We require someone that has strong coordination, communication and leadership and outstanding project and programme management skills. This is very much a "hands dirty" execution and delivery role.
This is a fully remote role paying £430 per day PAYE.
