We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 clients.
MHC are hiring a Business Analyst with strong Cyber Transformation experience to join us on a PAYE contract basis and work on-site at a London based client. Initially remote.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a true Business Analyst within high performing project teams in complex technical programmes
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Highly Regulated organisations
- Exceptional skills and experience in process design and visualisation
- Exceptional business and IT stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional written documentation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks including experiencing working within Scrum teams
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and controls
- An understanding of any of the following: Cybersecurity Threat Detection, Response and Prevention, Data Engineering (data parsing, enrichment, curation, question focused analytics, ETL, pipeline resiliency, etc.), building solutions in Azure using python/Java, Databricks/Spark, Synapse, and any other data engineering and visualization tools would strongly benefit this role
- Familiarity with using JIRA
- Degree in engineering, computer science, computer security, or similar experience
