Content Producer

Looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate to join our trading team as a content producer. This role will support in the management of the day to day and weekly web content updates across website and apps. The role will also include working with creative, editorial and our technical teams.

You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized with an interest in fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver homepage content updates in line with weekly updates
  • Update content in reaction to customer behaviour, ensuring updates are accurate and timely
  • Create and maintain new content pages to support business initiatives
  • Work with Product Marketing team to gather and prioritise content tool and site enhancements into the road map, monitoring competitors for inspiration
  • Effectively manage workload, raising risks to content delivery to line manager while continuously improving processes to increase efficiency
  • Instrumental in promotional content execution, meeting deadlines for wider business review and regional differences

Skills & abilities required:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, work ethos, organizational skills and good timekeeping
  • Highly computer literate, with high level of accuracy, with strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Previous knowledge of content management tool (ideally coremeida)
  • Enthusiastic to work as part of a team and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work effectively, judging the relative importance of conflicting demands and planning actions in order to meet deadlines
  • Awareness and interest in fashion developments in the industry and competitive market place
