Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect
Remote working
*Inside IR35 if UK based*
- Salesforce Solution Architect with Service Cloud experience.
- Needs to have good communication skills who can lead workshops with the client. Who can guide them in their journey towards the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- The consultant will also needs a broad grasp on the Salesforce platform and it's capabilities and hands-on experience with Service Cloud (in multiple projects).
- Estimation experience
- Salesforce Thought leadership/Cross Cloud experience
- Business Process analysis
- Telco experience (optional)
- English Speaking and ideally Dutch but not essential
