Business Analyst
We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Business Analyst for one of their Public sector Clients based in Southend. This role will currently be remote.

Role and Task description -
Interacting with project/client teams to understand their current and future needs - be able to view service requirements from a programme perspective.
Supporting Service Governance
Engage with stakeholders to define and agree identity needs
Backlog ownership
Produce and manage updates to artefacts (eg backlog, policy, processes, etc.)
Collaborating with the business to understand their needs and future requirements

Useful to know - ITSM Tools
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong requirements and business analysis skills,
Ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders
Agile methodologies & techniques.
Jira & Confluence
Desirable Technical Skills
Preferable Public Sector experience
Basic project management experience
Mandatory Business Skills
Product Ownership
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in an multi supplier organisation
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
