Change Manager
A 9-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension. Paying a daily rate of £600 to £700 dependent on experience.
London based
The ideal Change Manager be facilitating global Change Transformation programme and drive organisational change across the business.
The client
Your responsibilities will include:
*Designing and implementing Change Management strategy to support adoption of change
*Conducting impact analysis and change readiness
*Supporting the design and delivery of training programs
*Ensuring user readiness for Change
Experiences required:
*5+ years' experience delivering Change Management and integrating change management activities into overall project plans
*Must have Supply Chain experience
*Have worked on Large scale transformation programmes with a Pan-European scope
*Experience enforcing large scale organisational change efforts
*Familiar with Finance and operations transformation ie: AP and AR outsourcing
*Familiar with project management approaches and phases of the project life cycle
*Excellent command of spoken/written English is essential
*Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different level
