The Service Designer will be responsible for the delivery of:

  • Complete Process Design required for Use Customer Journey (BUILD, RUN)
  • Complete Process Design required for Manage Customer Journey
  • Complete Process Design required for Pay For Customer Journey
  • Complete Process Design required for Get Help Customer Journey
  • Complete Process Design required for Renew/Leave Customer Journey
  • Publish Service Design
  • Digital transformation experience a must have
  • Telco desired
  • Remote working
  • Outside IR35
