I am currently working with a government led organisation who are looking for a Procurement Consultant with experience working with Microsoft Azure solutions as they are currently migrating their datacentre over to Azure. They are looking for this individual to start immediately. The successful candidate will have experience gathering requirements, awarding the tender and shaping the agreement with relevant consultancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with industry experts, understanding their needs and providing bespoke procurement solutions to drive the businesses forward
- Delivering activities on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard of quality, tailored to fulfil client expectations
- Supporting procurement work streams to achieve project deliverables within defined deadlines
- Influence senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practice procurement
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure procurement
- An impressive procurement background with tangible evidences of driving significant cost savings
- In-depth knowledge of the strategic sourcing process a cross generalist indirect procurement categories
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams and can build relationships quickly
