Competencies/skills required
Master or Bachelor in IT
Relevant Experience of 5+ years working in an enterprise implementing Salesforce.com Sales cloud, Service cloud.
Strong experience with CRM.
Integrations experience with third party applications/platforms
Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Proficiency in administrative tasks like Creating Roles, Profiles, Users, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Actions, Process builders, flows, Approval Processes and other out-of-the-box configurations
Creating security model including sharing rules and security levels.
Experience with Custom Application development on Force.com platform
Experience in Salesforce integration with other on premise systems
Experience in functional analysis, modelling and design methods
Salesforce certified Administrator
Knowledge on Apex, Visualforce and lightning components.
Able to deploy initiative and has a problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality.
You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently.
You are flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment
