Description
*Agile Coach - Wolverhampton - 11 month contract - up to £460/day pay (INSIDE IR35)*
We are recruiting for several Agile Coaches to join a client of ours on a contract basis.
You will provide hands-on support for newly created squads to deliver using Agile practices (some squads will have team members with some understanding of Agile, others will have team members with none). Your objective will be to provide Agile coaching learning and training to identified in-house coaches/future coaches
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboard the squad and train in agile skills required to perform the various roles
- Provide Agile expertise and support the Agile process
- Remove impediments so the squad can deliver efficiently
- Develop their people - act as mentor and coach
- Provide Agile evaluation and opportunities to create more value from Agile ways of working
