Senior AWS Software Engineer - Remote - Outside IR35
Overview
My client is creating a next-generation finance application with AWS technologies and is looking for a senior software engineer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with other engineers to ensure sprint goals are met on time
- Work with your scrum master and other stakeholders to agree on technical direction
- Identify and communicate technical requirements
- Drive innovation with new and detailed ideas to solve complex problems
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Collaborate with other team members and provide them with your own knowledge and expertise
- Guide, mentor and support colleagues and junior members of the team
- Working closely with operations to ensure delivery is to a high standard
Requirements
- Experience of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- C#, .NET core, NodeJS, and JavaScript
- Kubernetes/Docker
- SQL/Database Knowledge
- Experience of cloud SaaS platforms
- Experience of APIs and Web Services
- Knowledge of GIT/Bitbucket
- Understanding of Micro service architectures
- Understanding of security considerations
- Experience of agile methodologies (Scrum, Story pointing etc.)
- Experience of monitoring and logging techniques
