My Client based within an NHS Trust are currently recruiting for an EPR Senior Change Manager to join and become productive on a 6 Month Contract. This role will be responsible for delivering the elements of the programmes Transformation and Adoption workstream. This is on a remote basis and Outside IR35.

Requirements
- Effective co-ordination of all programme activity associated with the delivery of the EPR within the Transformation and Adoption workstream, recognising inter dependencies and all associated risks for the programme and into the wider, connected areas.

- Responsible for the management of the programme budgets and will be responsible for ensuring that the programmes are delivered to budget.

- Line management responsibility for the EPR Change team but also work in a Matrix way with local change teams.

- The post holder will support and provide transformation advice and guidance to all areas of the EPR programme.

Experience of working on a large scale EPR programme, as a change or transformation lead, ideally on a multi-site or multi-organisational programme.
Experience of working in a large Acute Trust with senior managers and clinicians, ideally on a multi-organisation programme.
Experience of supervising or managing staff
Significant business change management experience at a senior level in a complex hospital environment (or equivalent) including track record of delivering projects and change management across services
Experience of having worked in a senior/leadership role within the NHS
Demonstrable experience of managing large scale change
Budget management experience
Evidence of building effective working relationships with clinical leaders, partner organisations and other stakeholders
Policy development experience
Previous experience on working on the design, development and implementation of new business processes within the context of a computer system implementation project;
Experience working in a team orientated, collaborative environment
