Salesforce Project Manager
We are now looking for a skilled, digital project manager who can help us bring our global customer care product (based on Salesforce Service Cloud) as well as our chat solutions to various markets. This is done in collaboration with business launch leads, business analysts, Salesforce configurators and local market representatives.
Main responsibilities
Plan and secure all tech related deliveries in various market launch projects according to set scope, time, and resource frame.
Secure the complete end to end setup for customer care and chat involving Salesforce Service Cloud, our different chat solutions, volvocars.com, our CRM platform and various data sources.
Work closely with our regional launch teams consisting of business launch leads and business analysts as well as our Salesforce configurations and product teams.
Project management activities such as planning, securing resources, handling issues and risks and communication of status to numerous stakeholders
Work with teams and stakeholders inside and outside the ART to make collaboration, coordination, and communication a smooth experience for everyone involved
Required qualifications
Experience from Salesforce products, preferably Service Cloud
Experience from CRM processes and systems, web development and chat solutions
Proven project management skills
Experience from a broad range of agile implementations and ways of working
