My client is looking for a Implementation Manager to assist them on a new team for a large scale Windows 10 Project, please note due to the end client you will need to utilise an Umbrella solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Win 10 Migration Sequences
- utilise data (excel) provided by the client to assist with sequences
- the review and management of the Migration Reporting processes including tracking and milestone achievement
- Manage the Change Control for Win 10 with the authority leads for formal approvals
- Manage the Migration Issues process including tracking and closure
- Manage the Migration exception process including tracking and resolution
- Chair daily calls/meetings with end customers & TLB leads
- Manage Group Mailbox
- Review request for support or information from the clients Top Level Budget (TLB) representatives
- Ensure all trackers are kept up to date for end of month deliverables.
