Business Analyst - Insurance.
Business Analysts' required on a contract basis for a leading insurer in London. They require three experienced BA's with expertise in both IT and Business change projects.
Specifically, there are three initiatives ongoing: a TOM redesign for an Underwriting function, a Policy Administration System upgrade and a cloud migration from on-prem to the Azure cloud.
You must have experience in at least one of these three projects to be considered for this position.
Further experience needed:
- London Markets Insurance experience (wider insurance industry experience considered but may not be successful)
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- A track record of involvement in successful projects is required
- Experience working as part of global teams will be beneficial
- Relevant qualifications (BCS, Lean Six Sigma, CII etc.) will be highly advantageous
- Experience dealing with stakeholders up to c-suite is essential
These projects will all be outside of IR35 for their initial term, with a likely project length of 6-9 months.
