IT Support/Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst/Contract/3 months/Staffordshire/Remote working/£12.79.
Spring Technology are recruiting for a successful IT Support to provide the 1st line (service desk) and 2nd line (escalation and Starters & Leavers) support of ICT and be responsible for the management (Installation, maintenance and support) of the clients PC Infrastructure and the provision of application support and business liasion to all staff, directorates, elected members and partners.
Essential Experience required for this role:
*O365
*Exchange
*Good ICT Technical Knowledge
*Awareness of ICT technical infrastructure
The role will initially be working from home whilst current restrictions are in place.
