CRM Project Manager - Freelance - Fully Remote
Robson Bale are looking for a CRM Project Manager to come on board for an initial 12 month fully remote contract.
12 months, remote, €400pd
Major Accountabilities
- Assist in the deployment of several digital marketing solutions and candidate products in various countries throughout the EMEA region and globally
- Define the integrations scope of the applications with the local solution landscape in the target country
- Plan, execute, and control the project to ensure the timely delivery of quality in budget, in scope, and according to agreed project standards and best practice
- Ensure the technical solution supports the business case requirements
- Lead and manage the project team, internal and/or external resources, in order to meet project objectives and ensure deliverables are achieved
- Agree the project's work packages, request resources to carry out the work package creation according to project requirements
- Manage the project by stage as defined by the PMO process and standards
- Manage all changes in the scope of the project per the PMO process, escalating to the project steering board when requirement changes have an impact on agreed delivery time and budget
- Manage all risks and issues associated with the project, escalating where required to assure project delivery
- Identify and recommend vendors for the development and maintenance of responsible solution area
- Confirm that the vendor KPIs and SLAs are clearly defined in the contracts before going to procurement
- Manage the vendors to ensure they are performing to contractual agreements
- Ensure the measurement of benefit KPIs as part of the project closure and hand over the reporting responsibility and schedule to Portfolio Management
- Implement quality improvement guidelines/plans relating to project management processes
- Manage external resources (cross-functionality or multi-disciplinary) including offshore delivery models
- Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements
Requirements
- University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
- Over 8 years of experience delivering large, complex, and critical projects within a global environment
- PMI, Prince2, or similar industry standard project management certification is desirable
- Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
- Experience with CRM and Front Office Business Processes is preferred
- Experience with digital marketing, product development, and data integration is preferred
- Experience with supplier management and negotiation
- Experience in project accounting/financial control
- Proven track record and experience of successful management of cross-cultural teams
- Strong communicator able to express complex ideas in simple language and presentation skills at a Senior Management or Board Level
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
